Start with the information the stamp must carry
A company stamp should be readable before it is decorative. List the legal or operational details your team needs, then remove anything that will not be used.
Most company seals work well with a business name around the outer ring and a short status, city or registration detail in the center.

Choose a shape that matches the content
Round seals are familiar and formal. Rectangular stamps fit addresses, approval messages and multi-line office details. Oval marks feel distinctive while keeping the structure of a traditional seal.
Export for the way it will be used
Use a transparent PNG for documents, slides and email workflows. Choose SVG when the stamp will be enlarged, sent to a printer or used as production artwork.
